I work across both individual and organisational contexts, supporting people, practitioners, and services navigating trauma, neurodivergence, identity, daily living challenges, and complex systems.
My work combines therapeutic support, practical strategies, and systems thinking, recognising that meaningful change happens both personally and structurally.
Alongside work with individuals, I support organisations through consultation, program design, system review, and strategic development to strengthen safe, sustainable, and person‑centred services.
I work with individuals (private and NDIS participants), support coordinators and referrers, and organisations and professionals.
